Founded in 1945 by Robert “Jack” Newey and his wife Olive, Summit Garage began as a small, independent business catering to the motoring needs of the Midlands. Through hard work, dedication, and a passion for automobiles, we quickly established ourselves as a trusted name in Dudley. Over the years, we’ve expanded and evolved, adapting to the ever-changing automotive landscape while maintaining the personal touch that sets us apart. The business was passed down to their son John Robert Newey and then onto John’s sons, John and Nick Newey some years later, to continue on the excellent levels of customer service.

In 2019, James Pittaway joined the ownership team, bringing another 20 years’ of automotive experience to Summit Garage. With John, Nick and James at the helm, the garage continues its expansion and growth.
